Olive Pastries


•  Defrost the puffed pastry and bring to room temperature.
•  Chop the olives and add to the olive oil, garlic, oreganos and parsley.
•  Roll the pastry over a flour-sprinkled surface.
•  Sprinkle with the olives, role the ends in and press together and then cut in fine rings, approximately half a centimetre.
•  Grease a tray with butter, sprinkle with flour and lay out the pastry rings.
•  Place in the oven at 180ºC and, once golden, turn them over to colour the other side. Remove from the oven once the pastries are golden on both sides.

Serve the olive pastries warm or cold as an entrée or savoury nibble with drinks.


  • 400g of Cozinha Pronta puff pastry
  • 100g 0f black olives
  • 1 soupspoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic
  • 1 soupspoon of oregano
  • 1 sprig of chopped parsley
