Little puff pastry salt cod terrines


•  Prepare the Cozinha Pronta Terrine Gratin as indicated in the instructions on the packet, putting the cheese aside.
•  Pre-heat the oven to 220° C.
•  Separate the two slabs of puff pastry and cut each one in half crosswise to make two small rectangles.
•  Place the four pastry rectangles on a tray and cook in the oven until the pastry rises and becomes golden.
•  Remove from the oven, open each pastry case in half and place them again in an over dish with their inner surfaces facing upwards.
•  Fill with Terrine Gratin and sprinkle with the grated cheese that comes in the package or with a little queijo da ilha (cheese from the islands of the Azores, similar to a cheddar).
•  Return to the oven until the cheese top forms a gratin, and serve with a green salad seasoned with vinaigrette.
