Spinach and cottage cheese pasties


•  In a pan heat 1 soupspoon of olive oil, leave to heat, add the spinach and leave to cook until it is reduced in volume and mix it occasionally. Remove and drain.
•  Pre-heat the oven to 180º C.
•  Mash the cream cheese well and add the chopped walnuts and the spinach. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
•  Roll out the pastry and divide into rectangles.
•  Place portions of the mixture on one half of the pastry and fold over the other half and then roll to produce a well closed roll.
•  Cook in the oven for 15m.


  • 170 g of spinach, washed and prepared
  • 1 Portuguese cream cheese (requeijão de seia)
  • Cozinha Pronta puff pastry
  • 30 g of walnut
  • olive oil, salt and pepper.
