Apple Puff Pastries

Sweet dish made with puff pastry filled with a divine apple jam, raisins and cinnamon.


Weight: 280gr
4 Portions

Ingredients Puff pastry (57%): Wheat flour, margarine (plain oils and fats of vegetable origin, water, salt, emulsifiers (soy lecithin and mono- and digylcerides of fatty acids), artificial flavouring, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), water and salt.
Filling (43%): Apple filling (40%) [apple, water, sugar, cornstarch, thickener: microcrystalline cellulose, colourant: beta-carotene, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid], sultanas and cinnamon.

Contains gluten and soy.


Preparation  Oven


1•  Place the pastries on a baking tray in an oven preheated to 220ºC.
2•  Bake for around 20 minutes or until golden brown.
3•  Before serving, immediately coat each hot pastry in granulated sugar to taste.
