Sweet dish made with puff pastry filled with a divine apple jam, raisins and cinnamon.
Ingredients Puff pastry (57%): Wheat flour, margarine (plain oils and fats of vegetable origin, water, salt, emulsifiers (soy lecithin and mono- and digylcerides of fatty acids), artificial flavouring, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), water and salt.
Filling (43%): Apple filling (40%) [apple, water, sugar, cornstarch, thickener: microcrystalline cellulose, colourant: beta-carotene, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid], sultanas and cinnamon.
Contains gluten and soy.
||Place the pastries on a baking tray in an oven preheated to 220ºC.
||Bake for around 20 minutes or until golden brown.
||Before serving, immediately coat each hot pastry in granulated sugar to taste.
