A light crème, genuine and creamy and made with egg yolks, wrapped in a crispy puff pastry.
Ingredients Puff Pastry: Wheat flour, margarine [(simple vegetable oils and hydrogenated fats, water, salt, emulsifiers: soy lecithin and mono and diglycerides, antioxidants: propyl gallate and BHA), synthesis flavour, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural colouring (beta-carotene)], water and salt. Contains sulphites, gluten, soy lecithin, eggs and almond.
Milk, sugar, pasteurised egg yolk, crème patissière, wheat flour, cream (0.5%), cinnamon stick and lemon rind. Contains milk and milk derivatives, eggs and gluten.
||Heat oven to 250ºC.
||Remove product from packet and place on oven tray in their foil tins.
||Bake until golden brown.
||Take from oven, remove tins and place tarts on sheets of kitchen roll.
Garnish your Custard Tarts by sprinkling with cinnamon and icing sugar to taste.
