Sweet dish made with puff pastry filled with a divine egg sweet with almonds and sprinkled with sugar. Eat and cry for more!
Ingredients Puff Pastry: Wheat flour, margarine [(simple vegetable oils and hydrogenated fats, water, salt, emulsifiers: soy lecithin and mono and diglycerides, antioxidants: propyl gallate and BHA), synthesis flavour, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural colouring (beta-carotene)], water and salt. Contains sulphites, gluten, soy lecithin, eggs and almond.
Egg cream [whole eggs, sugar, preservative: sorbic acid, colorants: tartrazine, sunset yellow FCF and ponceau 4R, almonds], squash filling [squash, sugar, thickener, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservatives: sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate and natural flavouring] and almonds. Contains sulphites, gluten, soy lecithin, eggs and almond.
||Defrost for 20 minutes.
||Place the pastries on a baking tray in an oven preheated to 180ºC.
||Bake for around 25 minutes or until golden brown.
||Before serving, coat each pastry in granulated sugar to taste.
