Prawn rissoles are made with a crispy pastry and a creamy filling of whole shrimps. Ready to fry at home and to be served with drinks or as a meal accompanied by a mixed salad or by Cozinha Pronta vegetable rice.
Ingredients Dough and Coating (53,5%): water, wheat flour, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt andyeast),margarine [plain oils and fats of vegetable and hydrogenated origin, water, salt (3%), emulsifiers (soy lecithin and mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), artificial flavouring, antioxidant (BHT), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural organic colouring (annatto)] and salt.
Filling (46,5%): Shrimp stock [water, shrimp (13%), olive oil], shrimp (14%), wheat flour, onion, carrot, modified cornstarch, olive oil, white wine, tomato, garlic, coriander, salt and spices.
Contains gluten, soy, shellfish and sulphites.
||Without defrosting, fry in very hot oil (approx. 180ºC), in small amounts for around 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
