Salmon with spinach, mussels and mascarpone sauce

An original salmon dish with spinach and mussels, covered in a mascarpone cheese sauce and accompanied by rice.

Ingredients  Wild rice, salmon (25%), spinach (16%), cream [cream (30% fat) and milk ferments], mussels (5.7%), mascarpone cheese(2%), coriander, butter (pasteurised cream, milk ferments and salt), modified cornstarch, red pepper, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Contains fish, molluscs, milk or milk derivatives and sulphites.

Preparation  Stovetop

1•  Place the ingredients in non-stick frying pans.
2•  Add 1 tablespoon of water to the salmon with spinach, mussels and mascarpone sauce.
3•  Heat through for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.


1•  Remove the packaging film.
2•  Add 1 tablespoon of water to the salmon with spinach, mussels and mascarpone.
3•  Cover with microwaveable film or lid.
4•  Heat for 6 minutes on medium heat. Stir half way through.
