Prawn Panade

The extraordinary flavour of the prawn panade is the result of a braise with peeled prawns and shrimp involved in bread with olive oil, garlic and coriander.

Weight: 350gr/600gr
1 Portion

Ingredients  Shrimp water [water, shrimp (13%)], peeled prawns (20%), bread (wheat flour, water, yeast, salt and improver), olive oil, garlic, coriander and salt. Contains crustaceans and gluten.

Preparation  Stovetop

1•  Place the contents of the packet in a non-stick frying pan.
2•  Add 1 tablespoon of water.
3•  Heat, stirring occasionally.


1•  Place the contents of the packet in a microwavable dish.
2•  Add 1 tablespoon of water.
3•  Cover with microwavable film or lid.
4•  Heat on medium power for 7 minutes the 350g pack or 9 minutes the 600g pack.
5•  Leave to stand in the microwave for 1 or 2 minutes.

Garnish your prawn panade by adding a beaten egg and a drizzle of olive oil and mix.
