Salmon with natural sauce and vegetables

A tasty recipe, rich in Omega 3, that includes a fillet of salmon in a lemon and chive sauce, accompanied by mixed vegetables and boiled rice.

Ingredients Boiled rice (37%), fillet of salmon (30%), vegetables (20%) [savoy cabbage (6%), leeks (3%), red pepper (2%), green pepper (2%), onions (1.8%), bamboo shoots(1.6%), carrots (1.6%), mushrooms (1,2%), mangetout peas (0.8%)], water salmon was cooked in, butter (pasteurised cream, milk ferments and salt), lemon juice, modified cornstarch, chives, garlic and salt. Contains fish, milk and milk derivatives.

Preparation  Stovetop

1•  Place the ingredients in non-stick frying pans.
2•  Add 1 tablespoon of water to the salmon.
3•  Heat through, stirring occasionally.


1•  Place the contents of the packet on a microwaveable plate or dish.
2•  Add 1 tablespoon of water to the salmon.
3•  Cover with microwaveable cling film or lid.
4•  Heat for 7 minutes on medium heat.
5•  Leave in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
