Cod terrine au gratin

A delicious recipe prepared with cod pieces wrapped in mashed potatoes with olive oil, garlic, parsley and enriched with cream.

Weight: 380gr
1 Portion

Ingredients  Reconstituted mashed potatoes, cod and similar species (16.5%) [pollock (12%) and Pacific cod (4.5%)], onions, cream [cream (30% fat) and stabiliser(carrageenin)], olive oil, butter (pasteurised cream, milk enzymes and salt), pasteurised egg yolk, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and spices. Contains fish (cod and similar species), milk derivatives, soy lecithin and eggs.

Preparation  Oven

1•  Remove outer wrapping.
2•  Bake in preheated oven at 220 ºC for around 20 minutes or until golden brown.


1•  Remove outer wrapping.
2•  Cover with microwaveable film or lid.
3•  Heat at medium power for 7 minutes.
4•  If your microwave has a grill, uncover and heat under grill until golden brown.

The pack contains a sachet with cheese to apply to your taste.

Garnish your Salt Cod Terrine au Gratin by serving with a green salad.
