Pork in 3 pepper sauce with vegetables

An appetising pork dish layered with vegetables and covered with a 3-pepper sauce, accompanied by wild rice.

Ingredients Wild rice, pork (20%), vegetables (18%) [savoy cabbage (5.4%), leeks (2,7%), red pepper (1.8%), green pepper (1.8%), onions (1.6%), bamboo shoots (1.5%), carrots (1.5%), mushrooms (1%), mangetout peas (0.7%)], water, cream [cream (30% fat and milk ferments], butter, onions, white wine, demi-glace, Madeira wine, salt, modified cornstarch, pepper, garlic and spices. Contains milk and milk derivatives, sulphites, soy and gluten.

Preparation  Stovetop

1•  Place the ingredients in non-stick frying pans.
2•  Add 1 tablespoon of water to the meat.
3•  Heat through, stirring occasionally.


1•  Remove the packaging film.
2•  Add 1 table spoon of water to the meat.
3•  Cover with microwaveable film or lid.
4•  Heat for 6 minutes on medium heat.
5•  Leave in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
