A rich, creamy soup made with mushrooms, celery and leaks.
Ingredients Water, mushrooms, rice, onions, cream [cream (22% fat) and stabiliser (carrageenin)], celery, leeks, butter, modified cornstarch, poultry stock, salt and garlic. Contains milk and derivatives, celery, soy and gluten.
||Place the contents of the packet in a saucepan.
||Heat slowly during 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
||Remove the packaging film and cover with microwaveable film or lid.
||Heat at highest power for 5 minutes.
||Mix well and heat for another 2 minutes.
Garnish your mushroom velouté by adding a spoonful of fresh cream and chopped cured ham.
